1. Eligibility

The Oster Golf Co. Shaft Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older

  • Have a valid Instagram account

  • Reside within the United States
    This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any golf equipment brand featured.

2. How to Enter

To receive one (1) standard entry, participants must complete ALL of the following steps:

  1. Like the original Giveaway post on Instagram (December 12th).

  2. Share the post to your Instagram Story.

  3. Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the original Instagram post.

All steps must be completed before the Giveaway closing deadline to qualify.

3. Bonus Entries

Participants may earn bonus entries by engaging with Oster Golf Co. on additional platforms:

+1 Bonus Entry — TikTok

  • Follow @OsterGolfCo on TikTok

  • Comment your Instagram handle on the Giveaway Announcement video on TikTok

+1 Bonus Entry — YouTube

  • Subscribe to Oster Golf Co. on YouTube

  • Comment your Instagram handle on the Giveaway Announcement video on YouTube

Bonus entries are only valid if the participant can be verified as following/subscribed at the time of the drawing.

4. Entry Deadline

  • All entries and bonus entries must be completed by 11:59 PM EST on December 24th 2025

  • Late submissions will not be counted.

5. Winner Selection

  • One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
    If no response is received within the allotted time, a new winner may be selected.

6. Prize Details

The winner will receive:

  • One (1) premium golf shaft, selected from the available options listed in the Giveaway announcement.

  • Optional professional installation at Oster Golf Co. (if applicable).

Prize value may vary depending on the model selected.

7. General Conditions

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Oster Golf Co. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not follow the rules or appears fraudulent.

  • By entering, participants agree to allow Oster Golf Co. to repost or share entry-related content (e.g., story shares, comments) for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy

Participant information (Instagram handle, TikTok handle, YouTube username) will only be used to verify entry compliance and contact the winner. It will not be sold or shared.
